| SHIPPING ADDRESSES
If your method of payment is paypal I will only ship your package to the address that is on your paypal account. If you wish the package to be sent to an alternative address I will require that a money order be sent as payment. This is my policy regardless of the shipping address option shown on the this website because that is something i cannot alter.
SHIPPING RATES
*All US Addresses* I have decided to take advantage of using a flat rate shipping option. So all packages mailed out to US addresses will have a flat rate shipping of $5.50. Packages will be mailed out either first class or priority mail depending on the weight of the package.

Damages Made By The Post Office : All packages leave my house in perfect condition but sadly I can't guarantee how the United States Postal Service handles your package while it's in transit to you. I do not require insurance but if you wish to add insurance for an additional $1.75 please go to the menu on the left side of the page and it's the first choice at the top. If you fail to pay for the optional insurance and your package is damaged it becomes your responsibility because you decided to take that risk.
If your package is damaged and you did pay for insurance, you will need to take the damaged box, all items in the box as well as all packing material used to the post office so they can inspect the package to start the claim process. You must follow all the guidelines set by the USPS to make a claim about a damaged package or I will not be able to honor reimbursement for the damaged goods.
For my local customers : I live in Cando, North Dakota and if you are local to my area and would like to avoid shipping charges please send me an email to inquire about arranging a pick-up or delivery before making your purchase. I can deliver within city limits of Cando, and I often get to Devils Lake as well for shopping.
Incorrect Addresses, Non-Deliverable, or Refused Shipments
If your payment was made using paypal then that is the address that I will use mail out your package. If that address is not current or is wrong then it's your responsibility to make that change so your package is sent to the correct place. No exception to this policy because of paypal's sellers protection policy. If you use another payment option I will use the address listed on your account with my website to mail out your package unless you give me a different address to mail the package out to. If an error is made by the customer then the customer is responsible for any additional delivery charges. If an error is made on my part then I will absorb the cost of additional postage. Once the package has been sent the address can't be altered. If a package is returned to me marked "refused", "unclaimed" or "invalid address" then the buyer will be refunded the cost of the items minus a 15% restocking fee since most of my items custom made. The shipping costs will not be refunded either since those were paid in good faith that the address was correct. |
