But because I sell soaps and other cosmetics I am unable to accept returns for hygienic reasons and the inability to ensure that a product is unused.

This includes the possibility that you disliked a particular scent or if the product has an ingredient in it that does not agree with your skin. Ingredients are listed for each product on the description of the product.  However once in a great while they may vary slightly because they are handmade products and not mass produced in a factory. But the product you receive will have the correct ingredients list written on the label written in order from greatest to smallest amount used.
